Therapy Built Around Your Child
Every family's situation is different. Reach out for a free 15-minute call and we'll walk you through what's included and what to expect.
Why Private Pay?
We are a private pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus entirely on your child's needs — not on what an insurance company will approve.
Private pay gives us the freedom to design truly individualized therapy plans, spend the right amount of time with each child, and maintain the high standard of concierge care that sets Greenhearted OT apart.
Superbill Provided
Upon request, we can provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement — many families are surprised by how much they can recover.

Understanding Your Superbill
Request your superbill
Simply ask and we'll provide a detailed superbill with all the billing codes and information your insurance company needs.
You submit to your insurer
Submit the superbill to your insurance provider as an out-of-network claim. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement.
You receive reimbursement
Your insurer reviews the claim and reimburses you directly. The amount varies by plan — we recommend calling your insurer to ask about out-of-network OT benefits before starting.

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits. Ask about your deductible, reimbursement percentage, and whether a referral or prior authorization is required.

Frequency depends on your child's needs and goals. Most children are seen once or twice per week. We'll make a recommendation after the initial evaluation.
We come to you — in your home, at your child's daycare, or at an ABA center. Therapy in familiar environments leads to better skill generalization.
